Seattle People Search is an independently operated reference site. It describes and links to public records, court indexes, directories, and lookup portals used to locate or identify people in Seattle, Washington. We host no government records and have no affiliation with an agency, court, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
You must use the service and any information reached through it lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes attempts to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
Seattle People Search is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Neither our content nor results from a linked search tool are consumer reports. They cannot be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.
4. Links to Outside Sites
Links lead to government portals and outside services, including sponsored search tools. Each destination applies its own terms and privacy practices. Its content, uptime, prices, and data handling are beyond our control.
